The four players for this year edition of Sprite Slam Dunk competition includes Houston Rockets' Chase Budinger, the Indiana Pacers' Paul George, the Utah Jazz's Jeremy Evans, and the Minnesota Timberwolves' Derrick Williams. Update: Teach Chuck won the 2012 BBVA Rising Stars Challenge 146-133. Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving was named BBVA Rising Stars MVP. Irving scored 34 points and dished 9 assists. He shot 12-for-13 from the floor and a perfect 8-for-8 from behind the three-point line.
